The transformation of the West 45th Business Center into The COVE is officially underway! Our construction team has begun demolition on both the interior and exterior of the building, marking the exciting start of this project.

Big changes are happening at the West 45th Business Center including welcoming new business to our building. Earlier this year, Houser Labs moved into our office building and will be one of our first tenants in our upcoming project, The COVE.
