A huge thank you to Livin' the Dream Pottery by Hayden Swanson for crafting the incredible handmade plates for our dinners. Every dish felt even more special served on your work. We’re so lucky to collaborate with local artists who make each detail unforgettable.

All the planning is done, ingredients are in, and the prep list is locked and ready. Tomorrow, we start cooking for Thursday night’s dinner at The 1889 — and we’re beyond excited for what’s coming together. 🌿🍴
