We are running our first of many monthly challenges at Dynasty Performance Training and we want you to join! A little bit of movement each day will help us raise money for a great cause!

What you need to do:
Complete 25 push-ups every single day in the month of November and post when you complete it!

**BONUS: for every video/picture you include with your post we will donate an extra dollar at the end of the month--that can add up to $30 additional dollars donated per athlete by the end of the month.**
