This past weekend was a BIG weekend for cake pops, only 3 cookie orders to highlight 🙂 I am afraid for next week… 10 cookie orders to make!! Yikes!

“Do I have to do sashing?” No. It doesn’t increase the size of the quilt. It’s all about what you like. I will never ‘upsell’ to encourage you to add sashing (it’s the fabric strips in between all of the graphics). If you have a lot of shirts that are the same color, sashing visually separates the graphics so each one stands out a bit more. I try to vary the colors of the shirts when I am laying your quilt out, separating same color shirts, but sometimes putting two similarly colored shirts close to each other can’t be avoided. Sashing does help to break up that puddle of color. I hope this helps when you are planning your quilt!

I don’t want to come off as a braggart, but I baked 500 cookies last week and 300+ cookies today without burning myself 🤣 (I may have just jinxed myself for next week’s baking, but it had to be posted because normally I burn myself at least once during a 6-10 hour baking session!)

Lots of cookies, cake pops, choc Oreos and choc pretzels this weekend! We have officially entered crazy cookie month! I learned a few fun new techniques with these = always learning! 🩷
