It wasn’t my news to share publically, but now that it is out there, the world lost one of the most genuine and kind souls a couple days ago. I was honored enough to meet Pete Ladd in 2015, and he made a definite impression on our family immediately. As soon as I find the song he wrote for us, I will share it. He sang it at fantasy camp and again here at Derek’s camp. He was instantly loved by many here in Fennimore and he shared some nice words about Pastor Bud after his passing. He is going to be missed by many. I’ll be sure to tip back at least one “oil can” in his honor (Fosters) really soon. We were blessed to have him in our lives and blessed that he touched so many. Here’s to you “Big Foot.”
