Just wrapped up this bathroom job in Creve Coeur after a leak started and damage their finished basement. They decided to upgrade to a heated tile floor, freestanding tub, vanity and mirror outlets, etc.
IT'S LEAF GUARD SEASON! Every year we start getting busy with cleaning and repairing gutters, and more times than not able to take care of ongoing issues by installing gutter protection. What we install is a permanent solution that's sometimes more than half the cost of your big advertised companies.
After getting $5-6k bids for about 275' of gutter this customer from yesterday had us bid him out for over half the costs. We were able to clean, do some minor fixes, and install our aluminum gutter protection all in one day.
