ReElement Technologies
The complete modular, scalable, adaptable, & deployable refining solution for rare earth and critical battery elements
Progress is taking shape at ReElement Technologies.
Our process solution infrastructure is coming together, and it's a thing of beauty. A solution tank farm is the heart of our separation process—a network of storage and delivery tanks that safely hold and precisely meter the specialized chemicals used to selectively separate and recover critical minerals. Over the next few weeks, we'll be welcoming and installing the next wave of equipment as our facility continues to take shape.
One of the most exciting aspects of this build is what modern separation technology makes possible. A single separation column can accomplish the work that once required hundreds—even thousands—of mixer-settlers.
Think about the evolution:
📱 iPhone vs. rotary phone.
📧 Email vs. carrier pigeon.
The same kind of leap is happening in critical mineral processing. Moving from chemical-to-chemical separations across hundreds or thousands of chemical-filled tanks to highly efficient - liquid to-solid separation isn't just an incremental improvement—it's a fundamental transformation in how these materials are refined.
Innovation doesn't just improve processes. It changes industries. And ultimately, it changes the world.

Connecting Feedstocks with Refining Capacity
American Resources Corporation’s recent announcement helps clarify AREC’s role in relation to ReElement Technologies.
AREC has separated the majority of ReElement into a standalone entity, while maintaining a strategic ownership interest and partnership position with the company.
‣ That distinction matters.
‣ AREC is focused on sourcing, aggregating, recycling, preprocessing, trading, and aligning critical mineral feedstocks.
‣ ReElement is focused on high-performance refining capacity for rare earth and critical elements.
‣ Together, that alignment addresses a core supply chain need: connecting diverse sources of material with scalable and capital efficient refining capacity capable of producing high-purity outputs for commercial, technology, infrastructure, electrification, and defense markets.
‣ For AREC, the opportunity goes beyond owning resources. It is about building the backbone of a more reliable critical mineral supply chain - and monetizing the material pathways that can leverage ReElement’s advanced refining capabilities.

Rivals move fast by exploiting weak governance — operating without transparency and rewarding opacity in critical minerals supply chains. wins the way we always have by out-innovating the field while proving our integrity at every step.
That was Ben Kincaid's message at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Critical Minerals Summit in D.C. last week, where the CEO of ReElement Technologies Africa joined leaders to talk about governance challenges in critical minerals supply chains.
Scaling innovation drives down cost and closes the gap; verifying that our minerals carry no adversary connection earns the trust that attracts capital and partners. Pairing the two is the advantage and a standard our entrepreneurs won't just meet, but lead.
As federal rules tighten to keep defense supply chains free of adversary control, that standard also becomes a national security mandate. ReElement is built for it: leading at the supply chain's true chokepoint — refining and partnering with SAGINT to verify where minerals come from, not just take it on paper.
Transparency. Accountability. Trust.
That's how governance stops being a hurdle and becomes America's competitive advantage.
Thanks to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Center for International Private Enterprise for inviting us to participate.

The ReElement Marion facility is rapidly taking shape as a cornerstone of U.S. critical minerals processing.
This site will provide light and heavy rare earth separation and purification, along with refining capabilities for germanium, gallium, and other critical materials. The separation columns are currently being painted, and the foundations are being poured to erect them this month.
Once operational, it will be the only facility in the United States capable of separating and purifying both heavy rare earths (Tb, Dy, Y, Gd, Sm) and light rare earths, as well as germanium and gallium. The ability to separate Nd from NdPr is especially significant, as magnet chemistries vary widely and precise material specifications matter.
Meanwhile, at our Noblesville facility, we are processing germanium daily and refining ionic clay MREC sourced from Southeast Asia. Today, we are producing yttrium, gadolinium, and zirconium materials for a leading defense prime contractor.
Most importantly, we're doing it at costs substantially below current index pricing. Our goal is to help establish a competitive U.S. market index for these critical materials—one that is meaningfully lower than today's global benchmarks.
Building domestic supply chains. Strengthening national security. Creating a more competitive market for critical minerals.
