Finished up a 2 car garage today in Fishers. The homeowner, Brad, is moving in from Cincinnati and updating his home. Insulating and heating the garage, removing some walls on the interior, new paint, flooring, etc. We may even help with some of that since it's winter and we like Brad. For now, we'll just enjoy his new garage.

Starting a garage in Flat Fork today with grinding followed by shot blasting to prep the floor. Shot blasting removes all of the dust that the grinder pushes down into the pores of the concrete and it profiles the concrete to a CSP3 level, required by the Moisture V***r Barrier (MVB) manufacturers to withstand up to 25 psi hydrostatic pressure. Of course, most every epoxy floor contractor only grinds plus they flake into it to save time, which further reduces what it will withstand. So they tell you they're using an MVB but in reality, it can only withstand 5-7 psi.
