The Future of Fishers, Built Together.

Throughout my life, I have been fortunate to be surrounded by people who have chosen to serve their communities. Growing up in a middle-class family on the southside of Indianapolis, I watched as both my parents dedicated their lives to helping others.

My father, a nearly 20-year veteran of the Indianapolis Fire Department, and my mother, a former healthcare professional and now businesswoman, both chose professions where others were counting on them to ensure their safety. Day in and day out, my parents pushed themselves to the greatest of physical and mental stresses to serve others, and though I didn’t recognize it at the time, they were showing me what it meant to live a life in service of your community.

Today, I am choosing to run for Fishers City Council in the Southwest district to serve the residents of my community and represent their vision for our future.

After college, my wife Kayla and I were drawn to the city of Fishers because we had dreams of starting a life somewhere that offered us the opportunity to grow. We chose Fishers to call home, not because of a fancy title in a magazine, but because we saw how the city recognized the importance of advocacy and inclusion, supporting small businesses, and investing in smart, responsible improvements as a formula to create a vibrant, but affordable community.
