Quick over view of our rental process:
1) Complete the pre-screen for the property you are interested in. If you are interested in more than one, complete it for each one. The results are property specific, so they will not transfer between properties
2)Pre-screen qualifiers will be contacted to schedule a showing. We will schedule 10 at a time. You will be informed where you are at in this order.
3) After viewing, if we both want to move forward, you will be given a link to do the application, credit and background checks. If not completed in 24 hrs, we move to the next person on the list.
4) Once application is received, we will verify employment, income, past rental history, ect. May require check stubs, ect.
5) If everything checks out, you schedule consumers and water into your name
6) We meet, sign lease, pay rent and security deposit. Program alarm codes, if applicable, and turn over keys.
7) Move in and pay rent on time every month
