Different employer—same fight.

At Henry Ford Motor Company, workers were told to stay in line, keep quiet, and accept whatever they were given. When they refused, they were met with force, intimidation, and outright violence.

But they didn’t fold. They fought back. They organized. They took what they were told they would never have and they changed history.

Now here we are again. Different faces at the top, same anti-union playbook. Instead of physical violence, they play mental games - pressure, fear, division, and manipulation to keep control and keep workers silent and powerless.

We are not afraid of pressure.
We are not afraid of retaliation.
And we are not backing down.

They underestimated workers then and they’re underestimating us now.
