As our program funding comes to a close, we want to express our deep appreciation for the opportunity to serve our community. Working alongside such dedicated organizations has been an honor, and together we’ve been able to reach people in so many meaningful ways.

To the participants and community members we’ve had the privilege to serve — thank you. Your trust and willingness to grow with us have been the heart of this program. We are grateful for every story shared, every connection made, and every step forward taken together.

Three Rivers District Health Department offers multiple locations for harm reduction services. Each location offers health education, sterile supplies, Narcan and HIV and Hepatitis C testing. Their newest location in Carroll County is a mobile unit that operates once a week on Wednesdays. Both Pendleton County and Owen County locations offer harm reduction services Monday through Friday. Harm Reduction Program - Three Rivers District Health Department Harm reduction programs are evidenced based tools to connect specific people with resources to protect and improve their quality of health.

Molina’s mission is “to improve the health and lives of members by delivering high-quality health care”. Molina offers more than health insurance. Molina also connects people to community partners so that consumers can access other services. This includes sexually transmitted infections testing, vaccines and education classes.
