• Assist technicians/mechanics in performing assigned tasks
• Maintain cleanliness of shop and office areas
• Adhere to all company policies & procedures
• Learn the trade of an European Technician

Responsibilities
Oversee service orders
Ensure that customers receive prompt and courteous service.
Leave a positive impression with the customer.
Distribute work to technicians efficiently.
Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
Collect information on customer concerns so that you can relay it to technicians.
Qualifications
Organized and friendly personality
Time management skills
Fantastic communication skills with your customers
Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
Strong record of positive customer satisfaction
Team oriented and self-motivated
Able to work with little supervision
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
