StrongHER is a low-impact, full-body strength class designed to help women build strength in a supportive small group setting using resistance bands and bodyweight movements.

Whether you’re brand new to strength training or already active, all fitness levels are welcome.

Spots are limited (max 6 women) to keep the classes comfortable, coach-led, and personalized.
