✨🥱 my bedtime drink! Ceremonial Cacao from Harmony Acres with local honey from Honey Hill. Added 2 mL each of my Rose Elixir and Milky Oats Tincture.
✨🥱Don’t judge my dirty lidded rose elixir bottle. 😆 it gets a lot of use in my home apothecary.

✨💜This pic doesn’t capture the beauty of this nourishing infusion I’m blending tonight. Oatstraw, nettles, roselle, rose petal and native wisteria flower. ✨🍃All from the homestead or trusted locals.
✨🍃I’ll add a dandelion root decoction I’ve gotta going to this before bed and let it sit overnight. Dandelion root also local foraged!
✨ in the morning I’ll add a bit of honey and there ya go!
