Sensei Ryan Mooney of in Long Beach is a true friend and a supportive member of the very small traditional karate community who has been nothing but positive and supportive.

Nancy his wonderful wife of is also a great friend too never in front of the lens but always there to capture the most memorable moments.

Here is to a great Karate COMMUNITY and friendship. It’s only two dojos but it’s a start.

Ever since the journey of Michael Sugarbomb🍬 .cka began in the kickboxing realm, they have been the single Karate dojo that supports us. Sadly I can’t speak about anyone else the same.

Ryan and Nancy are the true spirit of Karate and principles of the art are shown through their character more than I can speak for so many others.
