Workout Wednesday with my crazy fitness fam! ⁣

First time pacing a 5k and I came in right on time! Next week , and I start training to run a half marathon! This is something that has been on my bucket list for a long time but I’ve never followed through with the training. Excited to have a team to hold each other accountable and make it happen! Stay tuned to our training over the next few months! ⁣

Yesterday was absolutely a dream! I had so much fun at the Fort Collins Fitness Festival. ⁣

I’ve been talking a lot about working to get myself out of a rut. Over the last few weeks I’ve realized that what I’ve needed is some type of healthy competition. There was the perfect dose of it at the Fort Collins Fitness Festival! It was without a doubt exactly what I’ve needed to get myself out of the rut. ⁣
⁣
The most important take away I’ve had from the last few weeks is that it’s ok to sometimes not be on your A game. Your A game is your absolute best and that is not always sustainable. I’ve maintained a solid workout routine because exercise is something that makes me feel good. I never felt like it was my best workout but I knew that by just maintaining my bottom line I would find what I needed to relight my flame! ⁣

I was to thank the Festival events staff so much! I’ve been looking forward to this event for months and it did not disappoint! Thank you so much Rachel, Sydnie, Lindsey, Jill, Stacy, and anyone else that I am missing and did not have the opportunity to meet and enjoy the day with! IF you’re ever looking to take on more hands for future planning I would love to join your team!

Slowly feeling my inspiration coming back! ⁣

The other day I posted talking about the lack of inspiration I had been feeling in my personal life. All of the things that usually light my fire just weren’t doing it for me. ⁣

I think there is so much power in voicing to the universe what you don’t like and what you want. In the last couple of days I’ve felt like I’ve gained just a little bit more pep in my step. I had talked about not feeling inspired or motivated in the gym and I had an incredible lift with the other night with another one planned tonight. I went on a great run this morning with and talked about running a half together, which has definitely been a bucket list item for me. I’m also talking to my friend .holter4 about doing a train to hunt competition, which if you’ve never heard of them, I highly suggest you look into it! It’s an incredible competition! ⁣

I’ve refocused my business and feel more determined than ever to end 2019 on a great note! I’m doing an event at .fitnessfortcollinsoldtown from 4-8 so you’re you’re around or that’s your gym, come see me! I’ve got some really exciting things planned for my business and can’t wait to share with y’all what that is exactly! ⁣

What was your favorite part of the last few months? Mine was definitely enjoying the outdoors as much as possible and becoming an coach! ⁣
