Hey Fort Gordon, let's 'Hunting the Good Stuff'!
As many of you may know 'Hunting the Good Stuff' counteracts the negativity bias to create positive emotion, and to notice and analyze what is good. Think of three good events or things that happened in your day and why they were good.
When you 'Hunt the Good Stuff' it leads to better health, better sleep, feeling calm, better relationships, and greater life satisfaction. Wouldn't it be nice to gain some of those benefits heading into this holiday season? How can you implement this practice with you family and friends?
