Swapped the CPU Cooler on the PC, new thermal paste as well. Also I got new RAM, new fans, and vertical GPU mount. I finally pulled the trigger on an UPLIFT Desk, and this thing is a godsend. Cleaning under it is a breeze because it lifts up so high, and I can work/game while standing if I wanted to.
