Above All Wellness

Hello friends! I wanted to share something new and exciting in my life.
After many years of teaching yoga (since 2014), I have recently completed my certification as a yoga therapist and have opened my practice, Above All Wellness, here in the Huntersville/Lake Norman area.
Yoga therapy is different from a typical yoga class. It is a personalized approach that uses gentle movement, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques to support things like stress and anxiety, chronic pain, sleep challenges, and overall wellness.
I work one-on-one and with small groups, both in person and online. I especially enjoy working with seniors and individuals who are looking for a calm, supportive approach to improving their health.
For those who are interested, I also offer Christ-centered yoga therapy sessions that integrate faith and wellness.
