Drive way poured in Nashville last week

I have a customer that we poured a driveway for in 2013 and on part of it the broom finishes wearing off I expected it to last longer than this, but unfortunately it’s not and I’m trying to get any other way out than just taking out the bad part and replacing it, but from all my experience, I know that that’s about all I can do. I don’t really believe in overlays. I’ve never seen them last more than two years and don’t really wanna paint and marry the customer to repainting concrete legends give me any advice if you got some kind of genius idea thanks
