TOMORROW! 10-12ish! Pack lunch if you plan to eat in the park! I also plan to get us snow cones from Pelicans! Who is coming?!

It was a fun morning of bowling! Thank you for being flexible with not getting in until 11! Tomorrow is a park date in Franklinton and we will have a local author come read us their story! She will also have copies for sale!

Meet up time on the agenda is 10, but I was thinking due to the heat maybe we could meet at 9:30. The author will arrive at 10, so maybe giving them a little playtime before and after would be good! 

Who is planning on coming?!

The Wake Forest Police Department will host their 2026 WFPD Touch-A-Truck fundraiser for Special Olympics NC on Saturday, August 29, from 10 am-1:30 pm at The Factory, 1839 S. Main St.🚔

Families and children will enjoy an all-access pass to police cars, fire trucks, a helicopter, concrete trucks military vehicles, and more! The cost is $5 per person and $20 per family of any size. All proceeds will benefit Special Olympics of NC.

Officers will also be selling 2026 Special Olympics NC Torch Run T-shirts and hats for $25 each.

In addition to trucks and vehicles, Two Roosters Ice Cream will be onsite selling sweet treats! The Wake Forest Police Department will also be selling burgers and hotdogs!

Today was a blast! So glad you guys were able to make it!!! Such a fun time together!

Hello everyone!! Yesterday, we had a total of 11 kiddos attend the park playdate! It was great to see everyone!

Tomorrow is our field trip to the Aloha Safari Zoo! I plan to leave my house around 8:30 to arrive by 10ish! It’s much smaller than the Ashboro Zoo, so I’m thinking we will be out by 11:30-12. I will bring my camera to take pictures!

Below, please let me know who is coming and how many kids you are bringing! Also, should I bring snacks and a cooler of drinks or does everyone want to bring their own things?!
