An ASL Chair Yoga workshop at Yogamour is now on the calendar!

Enjoy a gentle yoga flow for all which builds strength, boosts balance and improves flexibility. Participants will be offered numerous choices (seated and standing) for movement in a safe, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere. All levels of ability are encouraged. Bring a yoga mat, water, wear comfortable clothes and you may choose between athletic shoes or bare feet.
***This class is presented in ASL for Deaf and ASL-fluent yogis.***

ASL CHAKRA YOGA CLASS BEGINS MARCH 18 AT YOGAMOUR:
In this seven-week chakra yoga exploration, each week we will focus on a different chakra. The chakras are believed to be the centers of life force energy (prana) in the body. The body contains seven major chakras from the base of the spine to the top of the head. Each of these chakras contains a different energy. To open the chakras, we will employ asanas, meditation, and pranayama breathing exercises.
