Africa is a sacred field for me and the work I represent. I believe passionately in the Promise of Africa. It is a critical part of what wakes me up daily. It is a positive and optimistic understanding that envisions the geography as a continent of growth, development, and progress. It is the belief that Africa, with its rich resources, diverse cultures, and youthful population, has the capacity to achieve significant advancements in various fields and contribute positively to the global community.

However, in navigating the Promise of Africa, Africans themselves must not deny the prevailing problems; but must only think of these problems as a universe parallel to another—-the belief that with humane governance, intentional diaspora investment, dogged entrepreneurs, compelling innovators and vibrant nonprofits, Africa will overcome these challenges and unlock its full potential, making a substantial contribution to world development and prosperity. The Winning path is a call to mental weaponry for all to recognize and support the continent's aspirations for growth, progress, and a better future for her people and the global community. The promise of Africa represents the hope and belief that Africa will overcome its challenges and leverage its vast resources, talent, and cultural richness to achieve sustainable growth and prosperity for its people and make significant contributions in the comity of nations.

The hope is trapped in Africa’s young and growing population, with a large proportion of her citizens under the age of 25. This demographic dividend presents an opportunity for harnessing the energy, creativity, and innovation of the future to drive economic and social progress; and by managing this singular resource responsibly and sustainably, Africa can fuel its own development and create more balance of power in the world.
