Starting May 11, 2026, CMS is moving to a new HETS trading partner management system and you’ll need to complete a HETS Attestation to keep accessing Medicare eligibility information.
To get it done, you’ll need:
✔️ Authorized signer’s name
✔️ Email address
✔️ PTAN & NPI
✔️ Vendor/clearinghouse relationship dates
Completing your attestation ahead of May 11 helps ensure uninterrupted access to eligibility data.
