After checking out the kitchen and living room, it was time to step into the space that truly stole the show for me. As both a builder and real estate professional, I love seeing thoughtful design that combines beauty and functionality and this butler’s pantry does exactly that.

What it looks like vs what it actually takes to prepare for HYROX is two very different worlds.
The goal is the finish line, the energy, the race day high in a packed arena in New York. The training is long runs mixed with strength work, sled pushes, burpees, lunges, row intervals, and learning how to stay calm when your body wants to quit halfway through.
It’s endurance + strength + mindset all stacked together and that’s why I love it.
Fitness has become such a huge part of my life, not just for performance, but for how I live day to day. As a real estate agent and construction specialist, I don’t share that enough.
Because where you live isn’t just about the house… it’s about the life you want inside it.
Access to gyms you actually love going to. Safe places to run. Communities that match your routine, your goals, your energy. Even having space in your home to train, reset, and take care of yourself matters more than we think.
I had the best weekend in New York at HYROX, being in that environment, pushing limits, and being surrounded by people who are just as obsessed as I am.
Already can’t wait for the next one. 🤍🏃♀️

This weekend was such a blessing, getting to travel to NYC with my sister and our girls to compete in HYROX.
One thing I love about my job in real estate and construction is the flexibility it gives me to take some work with me while still making space for the things that fill me up… like travel, movement, and time with family.
Fitness has become such a big part of my life, not just for “being fit”, but for how it makes me feel. When I feel strong, clear, and grounded, I show up better in every area of my life. HYROX has honestly been such a fun challenge and something I’ve grown to really love. So hoping to share more of that with you all soon!
And NYC is always a dream. From racing to slowing down and treating ourselves at Serendipity3 and Carnegie Diner 🍓🍰 (it’s all about balance😉), walking the streets, checking out the architecture, and even noticing and learning about all the scaffolding (so fascinating how every city has its own way of doing things)… we soaked it all in and had the best time!
