🚨 Unexpected Website Redirects? Here's What You Need to Know

Recently, two of my clients faced a frustrating issue: their websites were suddenly redirected to a mysterious /lander page without any prior notification from GoDaddy. 😳 One of these clients even had three websites affected at once!

🔍 We immediately realized that's the DNS A record for their domains had been altered. This caused their sites to point to GoDaddy's default page instead of their actual hosting.

✅ Solution: We swiftly fixed the problem by repointing the DNS A record to the correct hosting server. In no time, their websites were back online and functioning as expected.

Why This Matters:

If you're managing multiple domains, such unexpected changes can cause downtime, confusion, and even loss of traffic.

It's crucial to regularly monitor your domain and DNS settings to avoid such surprises.
