I am very picky about my falafel. It should be soft and not gritty. Fried without being dried out and hard. And most importantly it should taste good! &Shawarma - Halal Shawarma Wraps & Bowls nailed it with their falafel you can get it in a bowl of greens, over rice, or in a pita.
Additionally this business has many vegan toppings to go with your including pickled veggies, couscous, tabbouleh, and even pico de gallo 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️
For sauces the two options are their vegan garlic sauce and the harissa. I opted for the vegan garlic sauce and it was a flavor explosion!! I nearly licked my bowl clean I could not get enough of that sauce and how well it blended with all the ingredients in my bowl.
Hope you support this new business with a solid vegan option. Maybe one day they could get a vegan shawarma on the menu 🤞🏻
