• Ceiling & Walls: We applied a flat, modern beige color to both the ceiling and walls, creating a clean, cohesive feel. The crisp lines brought a fresh, open vibe to the basement.
• Mouldings & Trim: Half-bottom moulding, baseboards, and crown moulding were all coated with Sherwin-Williams Super Paint (Semi-Gloss), adding just the right touch of shine and elegance.
• Door Replacement: We replaced an interior door slab and gave it two coats of semi-gloss paint, ensuring a smooth, polished finish.
• Exterior Details: We also re-painted the shutters and main door with a durable exterior semi-gloss paint after carefully sanding down the surfaces to remove any pores for that perfect, lasting finish.

We always prioritize protecting your home. Before starting, we covered and secured the work area with plastic to safeguard the carpet, furniture, and chimney, layering paper bags for extra protection.
Next, we removed the outdated popcorn ceiling with an airless sprayer, cleaned up the dust and dirt, then spackled and sanded the ceiling and walls to ensure a flawless surface for painting. After the final coat, we thoroughly cleaned the area, leaving the basement spotless.

We completed a flooring renovation project that involved replacing old carpet with click-lock waterproof vinyl tile flooring. The scope of work included removing the existing carpet, membrane, and transitions, followed by the installation of new flooring and transitions. Additionally, I installed shoe molding and applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams Super Paint in white for a clean and polished finish. The project was executed with precision to ensure durability, aesthetics, and client satisfaction.
