Sometimes like takes us down an unexpected road. We can’t do things that we are used to do because of the unknown. Does it mean we stop? No! We just go harder on the parts we know and take our time on the sharp curves.
Rest day! But still getting that active movement in!! Just because it’s a rest day doesn’t mean you rest. Keep moving y’all!!!
