🌹 Supporting you to transform your mid-life crisis into a mid-life awakening. 🌹

For the past few months, I have been in a writing circle, in an effort to write my book about how to create your own remedy and heal your Wounding of Eve (WOE)
Sometimes, I do my weekly writing in bits and bobs.
Sometimes, I write pages and pages in notebooks (or, in a pinch, my phone's note app).
Sometimes, I speak what I desire to say and transcribe the voice memos with otter.ai.
Today, on my way home, I decided to talk-write.
I was feeling a surge of anger at my WOE in college --
not at the wounded misfit of a girl
but at the circumstances that led to the vast array of symptoms I had at the time
and the underlying message that I was irrevocably broken
and undeserving of being loved in my imperfection.
My conscious rant got cut short by gorgeous pink flowers that stopped me in my tracks.
It's almost as if Nature was reminding me that I could focus my attention on the wounds of the past
OR
I could redirect my attention to the beauty, abundance, grace, joy, aliveness, and gratitude available to me in the present moment.
A few blocks later, She surprised me again with flowers that were half yellow and half purple.
As if to remind me of one of the many gifts of healing WOE: expanding your capacity to be in the both/and.
Both masculine and feminine
Both human and Divine
Both mundane and mystically magic
Both matter and energy
Both sovereign | autonomous and intimate | connected

For the longest time, I didn't feel at home within myself or in the world. Not even as a small child.
I assumed that the problem was that I was half-French and half-American. In the US, I was too French and not American enough and, in France, I was too American and not French enough.
Sometime in my late 20s, something shifted in American culture and it became kind of cool that I was both American and French.
On the inside, I still felt like I was on the outside looking in.
I assumed that the problem was my recurring bouts of depression that tended to leave me feeling as though Life -- including my family and friends -- had left me behind.
But, even when the fog of my depression lifted, I still felt chronically disconnected...
from my body and my heart,
from other people,
from Nature.
I assumed that it wasn't in the cards for me to experience embodied well-being.
Then I went on my spiritual quest and healed in every way a person can heal. Amongst other things,
❤️ I stopped hating myself;
❤️ I made peace with my body and my inner world;
❤️ I found out that I was a highly sensitive empathic soul and learned skills to ground, set boundaries, distinguish between mine/others, regulate my system, and transmute excess energy;
❤️ I reconnected with my essential self and my true joy; and
❤️ I experienced feeling safe in my body for the first time in my life (in June 2018), which allowed me to feel safer in the world and more at ease.
Even with all this healing, there was still cognitive dissonance in my field when it came to feeling "at home" within myself and the world.
Eventually, I discovered that, well below my conscious awareness, I imprinted home = self-abandonment. So I used my favorite tools to dissolve the imprinting and create a new, empowering story.
Now I'm delighted to report that "I am home" and the more I get to know the miracle that is my feminine body, the more excited I am to inhabit my unique cosmic address in this lifetime.
Join me on 1/20 to upgrade your definition of home and finally feel at home within yourself and the world.
You deserve to experience embodied well-being.

In the Divine Feminine Mysteries and the Wheel of the Year, the Northern Hemisphere is in the Fertile Void.
Whether you are conscious of seasonal energetics or not, they are impacting your physical and energetic body
because you are both a part of Nature and apart from Nature.
If you feel like slowing down, sleeping more, eating grounding foods, doing nothing, daydreaming, reading, relaxing, cuddling...
then you are normal.
Your body is responding to the seasonal energetics.
If you feel like creating beauty, waking up early and watching the sun rise, spending time in Nature, moving your body more or differently, dissolving old patterns, recalibrating your inner compass, and intentionally cultivating pleasure...
then you are also normal.
Your body is responding to the seasonal energetics.
I invite you to notice and track what feels nourishing and depleting to your system.
Note: It likely will change from day to day or week to week, especially if you identify as a woman.
Do more of what sparks joy, connection, and aliveness, and less of what feels draining.
Below are some prompts for journaling.

Are you a spiritual hoarder?
Once something happens to you, do you hold onto it forevermore -- storing it away in the spiritual equivalent of your basement, hall closet, junk drawer, attic, or shed -- in case you need it one day?
Does it feel like you're navigating life with a U-Haul of baggage from previous relationships?
If so, you make perfect sense.
We live in a paradigm where we are not taught to digest our lived experiences -- to break everything down, absorb the nutrients, and let go of the crap.
So we accumulate more and more and more until something happens that forces us to down-size or start from scratch.
There is a better way. You can start today and intentionally complete 2022, bringing with you into 2023 only the things that spark joy.
Join me for my new offering: From Chaos to Fierce Grace, a FREE 3-day journey
so that you can navigate the Winter Solstice, complete 2022, and set yourself up for an epic 2023.
Replays are available if you can't attend live..
