Jenni Mattheis is originally from Morris, MN. She graduated from Conocrida College and Moorhead State University Moorhead with a B.A. in Political Science/Spanish, B.S. in Secondary Social Studies Education, and M.S. in Special Education. Coach Mattheis brings 11 years of coaching experience in 6A High School Softball in addition to personal experience as a pitcher and left fielder. She has been with MacArthur High School, Oak Ridge High School, Vista Ridge High School, and most recently, Akins High School. During each of her prior positions, she has devoted time and energy to developing athletes, some of which have found success at the next level on full scholarship, academic scholarship, and reached their goal of getting to the State Tournament.

When she is not coaching and teaching, Coach Mattheis enjoys time with her family, friends, and dog. Her hobbies and interests include hiking, paddle boarding, working out, snowboarding, politics, and traveling. She is excited to start a new season and eager to tap into the limitless potential of her athletes and team!
