🍋How can we use this real estate market to our advantage, essentially, how do we make lemonade with these lemons?🍋

I know it's a frustrating situation for sellers, especially if you bought in the past 3-5 years and the market made a full u-turn. A lot of my sellers are seeing values at or below where they bought a few years back. While it's not an ideal situation, there are still buyers looking, and great quality buyers I might add! A few years back, we had a lot of "lookers;" buyers that weren't serious about moving. Now, we have buyers that are prequalified, ready to move and committed once they go under contract. Life still happens: marriage, divorce, job changes, relocation, moving closer to family (or further away 😆), but regardless, buyers are still buying. While it may take longer to sell and we have to be realistic about the market, it's not impossible!

And for buyers... This is the ideal market to buy in, aside from the interest rates. However, I have MANY creative ways to side step that added hurdle! I've helped a lot of buyers this past 1.5 years where interest rates have been top of mind, but let me tell you, we got creative and my clients walked away with an amazing deal every time!
