Another great weekend with some wizards assisting the incredible Dr. Kathy Dooley for NKT Level 1 in addition to the MMT (Manual Muscle Testing Course) on Friday with the wonderful Abriana!

NKT seriously has changed the way I forever look at Dysfunctional Movement patterns. Instead of “releasing every muscle in the body” that ppl feel or complain that is tight (which most therapists are taught), NKT gives you a new set of lens to help you discover the CAUSE of dysfunction, instead of chasing symptoms.

💡Often times our nervous systems puts parking brakes on muscle tissue in order to protect us (which is pretty cool for our safety but not great for functionality) & NKT helps you determine what’s causing those parking breaks to begin with.… or to keep it simple, which specific structures need to be released and which need to be activated — in order to create harmony & stability in the body!

NKT simply allows you to work smarter, not harder. Doesn’t everyone want that? 😉

Leveling up this past weekend with Nuerokinetic Therapy Level 3! 💥 What a fun-filled weekend with some brilliant bodyworkers from around the world! This community doesn’t cease to amaze me with extremely intelligent & easy going, fun practitioners which is one of the many reasons why I love this community. Learning is always fun, but geeking out & sharing knowledge with cool ass people is an absolute blast ☺️Everyone is so hungry to further their expertise and to REALLY understand the body which just keeps my hunger to learn… conintously growing! 🌱

Feeling really grateful to have had the opportunity to meet David, creator of NKT, & spend some time with him! He is a funny ass dude & his passion to continue to build our community and help us change the way we look at the body to help heal others is inspiring. It’s certainly not black or white… & what he’s been able to teach us, is quite genius. A very brilliant man.

Sometimes I like to call it magic. My clients who have experienced it so far, all think so too! 😅 Excited to continue mastering my expertise in his teachings.
