This beautiful duo lit up my space today! 💗 Brooklyn is such an old soul with the gentlest heart and her amazing mom, a total hippie at heart, learned Reiki Level 1 together 🎉🌀

Watching them dive into energy, intuition, and the magic of their inner world was such a joy. They laughed, reflected, and flowed through it all with so much curiosity and intention.

Honestly…imagine if more young people learned how to create peace within themselves and tune into their own energy like this wise teen did today 🌎💫💓

It’s moments like these that remind me how powerful it is when generations heal and grow together. So much love, insight, and radiant energy shared today ✨!

✨ So grateful to be a part of the retreat team. Our
recent retreat at the breathtaking in British Columbia was held in the most stunning and sacred setting.

Offering Reiki energy sessions and co-facilitating breathwork ceremonies in this sacred space and land left me with such profound gratitude- gratitude for the work I get to share, for the people I get to serve alongside, and for the love that continues to expand within and around me.

This was my first time in British Columbia, and it absolutely took my breath away in every way. The land, the energy, the community...all of it was pure medicine.

My heart returns home more open, more grounded, and filled with grace.
