We’re Hiring: HVAC Install Helper / Service Technician Helper

Precise Air & Heating is growing, and we are looking to add an HVAC Install Helper / Service Technician Helper to our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in the HVAC trade and learn the right way. Some HVAC experience is preferred, including basic service, maintenance, diagnostics, installations, or large repairs, but we are willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a long term mindset.

Position includes:

Assisting with residential HVAC installations
Helping service technicians with large repairs
Assisting with basic service and maintenance when needed
Working in attics, on rooftops, and in Arizona heat
Learning proper installation, service, and repair practices the Precise way from our experienced technicians

We are looking for someone dependable, professional, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn.

This position offers competitive pay based on experience, room to grow into a lead installer or service technician role, and a newer company vehicle that is taken home daily.
