Get STRONGER and LEANER much EASIER!

I’ll teach you my NEW way of working out!
Most workouts push to the edge. In fact, that’s all that’s even studied if you read studies on working out.
Truth is, if you work much easier, you actually get better results! You just have to know how to do it.
This is how:
1. Much fewer sets per muscle.
2. Only ever go to the half way point. (This doesn’t mean we don’t lift heavy as people sometimes think.)
3. Work the same muscles much more frequently.
4. Make sure you leave the gym not fatigued and are not sore the next morning.
5. Have a coach overlook you to ensure you’re doing it right.
I invented this method. It’s not studied.
Through this I have lifted more than ever before and actually got myself to the elite level athlete for bench press and I don’t even break a sweat.
This is much more in alignment with how the human body functions. You are not, I mean NOT, supposed to overwork.
Doing that works, but this method is better. I worked out the way everybody else does for 22 years and I’ve been doing this new method for the last 6 years.
I’m strong, ripped and feel amazing and I can show you how to do the same.
