I went shopping yesterday and picked up a few new items this weekend for camping and ended up having the neighbor kids over for a cute little picnic.

My neighbors kiddos loved the new little chips I bought and said “gosh, maybe I need you to come shopping with me to get out of the normal buying habits I have”

This obviously made me perk up because I LOVE helping women and families find new and different items that kids love to eat, and the parents!

Here are just a few things to maybe help you get out of your normal shopping habits

🛒 Try a new grocery store! Do you always go to the same store and buy the same things? That’s because you are on autopilot. Try a new store, may just bring you out of that and able to find new items!

🛒 Take a new route, or a new day! I talk to some people and they have a day and time they shop. Try mixing it up. When you do the same thing at the same time, every time… it’s hard to change what you buy, right?

🛒 Make a grocery list in a NEW area of your house. Seriously, you would think in the kitchen is the best, but moving to the living room or any new space can actually get you out of autopilot and thinking a little bit different!
