🚧 Project Spotlight: Ski Time Square Drive Improvements 🚧

The Baseline team is proud to have worked on the Ski Time Square Drive Public Turnaround & Complete Street Improvements Project for the City of Steamboat Springs and the Urban Renewal Authority!

This transformative project addressed the lack of a legal turnaround, improved vehicular circulation, and enhanced multimodal safety for pedestrians and cyclists. With a “dig once” approach, we also upgraded utilities, added EV charging stations, and replaced aging sanitary infrastructure to support future development.

Key features include:
✅ Public turnaround for better traffic flow
✅ Heated sidewalks for winter safety
✅ Improved pedestrian & bicycle connections
✅ Fire hydrants and utility upgrades for future redevelopment
✅ Environmentally friendly design elements

Construction wrapped up in fall 2024, just in time for ski season, with final landscaping to be completed this spring.
