To our members participating in the Manitou Incline training program; due to air quality conserns, our training this Sunday, the 12th, is postponed. Stay tuned for rescheduling updates
You know what we hear ALOT?? "oh im too old for kickbxing" or "yeah it sounds fun but I injured my knee some 20 years ago and cant do that"
Well, Take a listen to our self-proclaimed "resident old guy" Bob, hes just the kind of members you will see around MPOWR- no excuses no days off, movements is for EVERYONE. and the more you do it- the more you get to do it!
