These before and after photos are from a job I did for my biggest client, my wife. That’s her in the first photo when we were looking at the space. She quickly decided that it would be her new attic office.

Hello everyone, my name is Bryce Sarber, owner and operator of Phase Remodeling. Phase Remodeling represents our continuous need to update and maintain our homes as time gives way to styles and fads and the general upkeep our homes require.
Although this is my first social media business page I have been in the construction field for 27 years. I started out in residential concrete work and framing and moved into commercial metal stud framing and the acoustical ceilings industry. After a few years in the commercial world I decided to go out on my own and since have been focusing on basement remodeling and general maintenance of homes (Trim work, drywall repairs, deck repairs, etc. The list goes on.)
