Progress update! As of Monday July 28th this is where I left off on my current painting. I'm nine days into painting this one and I'm really loving it. Looking forward to finishing it and moving on to the next one. I have no idea what's coming next so if you have suggestions, leave them in the comments 😊

On the left is my most recent finished piece and on the right is my current work in progress and the companion piece to the left. I can already see how I've improved from left to right and now I kinda want to go back and tweak some things on the first painting

It's crazy what just 10-20 mins of painting can do for a piece. I wasn't able to get much painting done today because my baby girl came first but in the short amount of time I had, I was able to add warmth and rough in some shadows to start creating a sense of light and dimension

Ooh this one is an oldy but a goody and a favorite of many! One of the first paintings that kicked off my journey as a realism painter over the last five years! "Arizona Sunset" is still available and waiting for the right offer to come along 😏

Wow! Two years already since I painted this little whimsical mushroom painting! I can still remember finding this cute cluster of mushy's in my yard and could not help be inspired to paint it. I also remember thinking as I was painting layer after layer "some more grass and more grass here and oh my gosh there's so much grass!" This painting is available and waiting for the right offer 😏 Acrylic 9"x12" canvas

This cozy stillife captures a quiet teatime moment. A copper tin filled with rose-embossed cookies rests on crinkled parchment, surrounded by a vintage green teacup, tarnished silver spoon, and warm copper kettle. A single ripe strawberry and delicate white blossoms appear on the page of an edible plants field guide propped up in the background, adding a fresh, whimsical touch to the nostalgic scene. The first painting in my new series of works inspired by the simple quiet moments of cottage life
