This one does!!! For established clients...
I made two house calls today...one to discuss a website refresh and another to fix a minor CSS issue.
After 15 years in the IT field I've learned the importance of in person communication.
There's no better way to gather customer requirements or fix an error than to see the issue in person.
Even the best remote software in the world is still missing the in person communication piece, which can be vital in fixing a problem.
There's way more that goes into a website than just code and good design.
Customer service is a key trait of any good web designer and I take great pride in my customer service abilities.
