Currently pulling my hair out....

We've been house shopping for about 6 months now and it. is. EXHAUSTING!

Such a roller coaster to find a house we get excited about, then we get outbid, disappointed, and discouraged.

Over and over again this has happened. Such is the market in the Denver area 🤷‍♀️

Anyone else experiencing this?

Hopefully soon though, we'll have a place to call our own. Where I can hang all pictures and art on the wall we want, where we can remodel things to what we wish they could be, and paint the walls crazy colors if we feel called to (although we probably won't! 😂)

Me personally, I'm a night owl. I love staying up late and sleeping in. It's one of the many reasons I started my own business! ⁠

It's nice to be able to set my own schedule and not worry about things not getting done. I can also take a day off when I need to (hello anxiety!) and I can work 12 hours straight when the inspiration strikes!⁠
