For the Mangonada:
• 3 frozen ripe mangoes
• 3 cups ice
• 1 cup mango nectar (or orange juice)
• 1/4 cup honey
• Juice of 1 whole large lime
• Pinch of salt
For the Tamarindo Straw:
• 1 tablespoon tamarind paste
• 1 tablespoon date syrup
• Tajín seasoning
For the Glass:
• Chamoy
• Tajín seasoning
For Garnish:
• Fresh mango, diced

• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger)

• Boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
• Bell peppers, cut into chunks
• Zucchini, sliced
• Yellow squash, sliced
