Your Local 3598 Gurnee Firefighters are proud to have served the residents and visitors of Gurnee last year. We rang out the year with 7,975 calls for service in that time. Averaging out to almost 22 calls per day from 3 fire stations, we’re honored and proud to have the opportunity to serve you all. Wishing you a happy, safe, and healthy New Year!

Gurnee Local 3598 Honor Guard was proud to join over 1400 Honor Guards from the US and Canada in honoring 311 fallen heroes on the Colorado Springs IAFF Memorial wall. Illinois Honor Guard contributed 62 members to pay respects to fallen members from Champaign, Oak Brook, Chicago, and Mount Prospect, class of 2024. District 5's Art Thompson attended to show support for families and the Guard. Thanks to IAFF for organizing and the great weather, the families received the respect and support they deserve.
