This Key Lime Pie Cheesecake features a normal cheesecake infused with lime juice and zest instead of vanilla. A thin layer of homemade key lime pie filling is applied on top, followed by a topping of homemade vanilla cream cheese whipped cream.

When a friend asks is you can do a cheescake for a birthday. Mind you I have never made one but I do love a good challenge and her only request was apple swirl. I said can I add Carmel and she said yes. So I also added another little spin and it looks and smell absolutely incredible 😍
