Our team just got bigger! Last week we welcomed Steph and Rachel to tgc. We had a ton of inquiries to our 8/27 hiring post. Thank you to everyone who showed interest!! It’s exciting to see so many people wanting to be part of what we’re building.

Even with the right cleaners, glass can hang onto tough spots, tape residue, and water stains. We’ve started using 0000 steel wool (the extra fine kind) and it’s turned into one of our favorite tricks. We tried it on our own office front before putting up these decals and it left the glass looking brand new.

Last Monday, a client reached out with an issue.
the tgc difference:
• The client got a response within minutes, not hours, not days
• They saw us show up in person that same day to offer additional cleaning
• The crew leader responsible had the feedback shared with them that same day
• That crew leader and crew were audited the very next service
• A second audit is scheduled for this coming week
We don't take days to respond, or push it to the next scheduled visit. When something needs attention, we have a process and we act.

Our first batch of mailers are hitting desks this week.
Last week, we walked through the steps that define the tgc difference. This week, we’re showing how those same steps go straight at the most common problems in maintaining commercial spaces.

Another successful exterior glass clean!
The heat beat us up a little doing this one 😆 But making the exterior shine for our clients is always rewarding!
Exterior glass cleaning doesn't have to be done often. However, it is a great way to create first time and maintain ongoing impressions of your building.

What a difference after an extremely heavy strip and 5 new layers of wax!
