We took down the wall that separated the kitchen and Living room and replaced it with a 9-foot island and pendant lights above. We also extended the cabinetry on the main kitchen wall so it spans the entire length of the kitchen wall that was unused kitchen space.

This opens the kitchen goes up to the spectacular view of Manhattan across the Hudson River. The “before” images are the ones shown as “new listing” we nabbed from the real estate listing on the apartment.

Bergenfield, NJ residents had a pass through space the developer of the home only put some wood floating shelves on the wall that they felt was wasted space. They tasked Furnish My Space to design and create functionality in the space and we added a floating desk with overhead storage on one wall and a full shelf pantry with double doors that matched the doors throughout the house.
