A couple yards done today but boy was it wet out there.

I cannot stress this enough. At our business we strive with communication. If we are setup to service your property we always keep in contact and assure you are still ready for the service. Even if we are on a routine maintenance schedule we will still reach out a day prior to the service to assure you are ready for the services. If we don’t hear back from you we do not service your property. This protects us from unpaid invoices but also protects the customer in case the service was meaning to be postponed or cancelled due to lack of funds or unsatisfied with prior work. Please everyone tell me your thoughts, is this good practice?
